• Responsible for follow up retail fitting out projects from the preliminary stage to handover
• Handle documentation and coordinate the design, drawing and materials
• Conduct regular site supervision and coordination
• Support ad hoc and maintenance duties as and when required
• Liaise with internal departments, external vendors/contractors to coordinate the project
• Ad-hoc projects as assigned

 We are looking for

• Higher Diploma or above in Interior Design, Architecture Studies, Building Studies, Project Management or related subjects
• Minimum 2 years of solid experience with exposure to retail fitting-out projects, interior design coordination and project management
• Can handle multi-task and have good time management
• Work independently, responsible, organized, hardworking and positive good attitude
• Knowledge of full set working drawing and details drawing
• Proficient in MS office applications, English and Chinese word processing
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
• Candidate with more experience will be considered for Project Officer
• Immediate availability is preferred
