EXCHANGE AND WARRANTY FOR FRAMES, LENSES, SUNGLASSES AND CONTACT LENSES:
- Frames and sunglasses purchased from OPTICAL 88 E-shop comes with a 12-month warranty. Please retain the sales memo, warranty card, entire glasses and any parts (if any) for warranty purposes.
- All sold items, including but not limited to Contact Lenses and Redeemed Products are non-warranty repair and non-exchangeable.
- At OPTICAL 88’s discretion, OPTICAL 88 may consider customer’s request for an exchange of frames, lenses, sunglasses purchased at OPTICAL 88 E-shop if:
(a) the frames or sunglasses purchased at our E-shop are under a valid warranty AND a manufacturing defect is confirmed by OPTICAL 88. OPTICAL 88 may either exchange the item or repair the defective part. Exchange will be limited to the same brand and model only, subject to stock availability.
(b) there is a change in refractive power (confirmed by OPTICAL 88’s optometrist after an eye examination) that causes visual discomfort. In this case, lenses may be exchanged within 60 days from the date of the sales memo. Defective lenses must be returned to OPTICAL 88.
- Please direct any request for exchange only at the Store with the original sales memo, cash coupons, warranty card, spare parts and gift redemptions (if any). If the price of the item exchanged is lower than the price of the item returned, no refund will be given. If the price of the item exchanged is higher than the price of the item returned, the difference will be charged.
- If a gift redemption item or cash coupon is not returned upon exchange, the retail price of the gift redemption item will be charged to customer.
- In case of disputes, OPTICAL 88’s decision shall be final. In the event of inconsistencies between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. For enquiries, please contact 2113 2363 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
